How Long does Delivery Take?
Our Standard Delivery takes
2-3 business days for Austria
2-5 business days for EU
2-10 business days for the rest of the World.
Due to Covid, there’s up to 1-2 weeks delays for International Shipping. But don’t worry, we will always keep you posted!
How do I Track my Order?
By logging into your Etsy account, you can easily track your order.
If you purchased as a guest, simply follow the link in your order email, you can find your tracking from there.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After the Order has been Placed?
Yes! But you only have 2-3 days until the order is shipped to you. So be quick!
You can do it on your Etsy account page (or order page, if you placed the order as a guest).Â
Lost or Damaged Package, What Should I Do?
Please contact us at support@ottertoy.com. With a photo of your damaged package or items. We will get back to you within 24 hours.Â
Is My Package Insured?
We include a 20-50 EUR insurace for all shipping with tracking.
Please check the shipping option for the Tracking & Insurance upgrade.

How Does it Work?
1. Lay the base grid to the bottom of your container or drawer.
2. Allocate each Sort Box with a color or shape of your choice.
3. Fill in the allocated LEGO to each Box as you lay it on the grid.Â
4. Done!

How Does It Work?
Each figuremate has two interlocking pieces: base and functions pieces.Â
1: Snap the base piece to the feet of the Minifigure.
2: Snap the function piece to the back of the Minifigure.
3: DONE!Â
Your Minifigure can be turned to Fridge magnet, Bookmark, Noteholder, Keyring or a Bagtag.
